"I don’t think there is anyone in Marin who has a better grasp of what’s going in the commercial real estate world than Bill Hart.  Bill knows the commercial community better than anyone I know.  He is a straight shooter and tells you exactly what you need to know, he has a lot of integrity when it comes to real estate.  Some brokers seem to be looking out mostly for themselves, I feel like Bill puts my best interest ahead of his own, I like that about him.

“I have known Bill at least 10 years and have worked with him for the past 5 years.  Bill has worked for us as our leasing agent to get tenants in and as the agent selling our property in Grand Landing, one of the busiest retail centers in San Rafael.   We bought the property in 2000, it’s a two story commercial condo building with six retail spaces on the first floor and one upstairs office unit. We were so satisfied with our experience working with Bill in leasing, that we are now using him as our agent to sell our building.
