“I have known Bill at least 10 years and have worked with him for the past 5 years.  Bill has worked for us as our leasing agent to get tenants in and as the agent selling our property in Grand Landing, one of the busiest retail centers in San Rafael.   We bought the property in 2000, it’s a two story commercial condo building with six retail spaces on the first floor and one upstairs office unit. Our retail tenants include Fed Ex/Kinkos, Starbucks, the Bank of America ATM and most recently Scottrade.

“I worked with Bill four years ago to sell a commercial building on Fourth Street in San Rafael.  It had three store front retail spaces; a jewelry store, restaurant and travel agency and about 5,500 ft. of office space upstairs.   The commercial market in Marin was starting to get a bit soft, we had to first fill up the building with tenants to make it saleable, he was very helpful in finding a couple of tenants for the office space so that the income on the property looked a lot better for the sale of the property.
