Bill Hart specializes in commercial property sales and leasing of industrial, office, multi-family properties, commercial condos, and land in Marin and Sonoma counties. He represents commercial property owners, buyers, and tenants. Bill began his real estate career in 2000, working for Marin County commercial real estate brokers Keegan and Coppin Inc. and Orion Partners Ltd. He joined Bradley Commercial in 2010 and was top producer in 2010 - 2013, 2015 & 2017
Bill holds a degree in engineering from the University of California at Davis, and, before starting his career in commercial real estate, worked in the design, sales, and marketing of industrial environmental compliance equipment and services. His background in engineering and mathematics enables him to provide clients with a solid financial analysis of property and lease values.
Bill’s honesty, integrity, and knowledge of the Marin Country commercial real estate market have resulted in long-term relationships and referrals from buyers and sellers alike. He can help you find the right buyer or tenant or locate the perfect property to meet your real estate goals. He has been a resident of Marin County for more than 20 years. When not working, Bill is an avid abalone diver who enjoys gardening, cooking, and restoring classic cars.
